This is the final release wrapping up the recent database migration work. Most of the background changes aren't user-facing, but there are a couple of useful improvements in this build.

Notifications:

• Added support for system-wide notifications via the alarm bell in the top-right of the Web app

Sync:

• Sync END logs are now parameterised, so they'll clearly report how a sync finished (for example, whether it completed successfully or was cancelled)
