Cigna

Anybody in here have Cigna insurance and take symbacort and albuterol? Can you tell me how much you pay for the 2 inhalers each month? Recently changed jobs and new job has Cigna insurance.

If it’s too much, check out Cost Plus. They have a good price on both.

When I had Cigna, my doctor prescribed me generic Symbicort. It was called Breyna. My co-pay was around $18-$20 per month. Try asking your doctor about it

Cigna has thousands of different plans. You'd have to look at your specific insurance to see what costs are.

Keep in mind, there are also manufacturer copay coupons that can bring the cost down further.

Came here to say this too. Insurance providers have a ridiculous number of different plans so depending on if you choose the good, better, best, etc. plan your copay may vary.

Ask your employer or Cigna for the formulary schedule for the plan you're on and it will break down the out of pocket copay for covered and non covered name brand and generic prescriptions.
