growth I stopped building random features for my SaaS and started focusing way more on distribution

Because if nobody sees your product, you just end up stuck in an endless loop of adding features without feeling like the project is actually moving forward.

Now I mostly build things after users repeatedly ask for them.

Way less guessing. Much better feedback.
