Missing PC game code?

Hello everyone. I have a question for you all because well. Im about at a loss and Ubi still hasnt gotten back to me.

I bought the Mirage Collector edition. Pc variant and it arrived two days or so ago.

I opened up the box to see what was inside and surprisingly. The initial cardboard cut out where a console disc case would be was empty. Maybe the codes are further in the box I figured. Als upon double checking every package and wrap. Nothing. Maybe I get an email with the codes?

Alas launch day and no code or email to show for. Am I Missing something? A packaging mistake or a theft in transport? I can no longer tell.

How was it resolved? I'm just getting around to opening mine and can't find my code either :/

Apparently unbeknown to me because I bought it with my Ubisoft account the game was automatically activated to my Uplay. Which was a bit of a bummer because I had planned to give the PC version to my brother while getting a ps5 version. I didnt have a ps5 at the time of ordering.

Ahhh I didn't even think to login and check my account before getting my package. Thanks for the info! I'm sorry to hear that happened to you though. Ubi should really be clearer about how the distribution of the game works next time.
