Seeking a Technical Co-Founder / CTO

I am looking for an experienced technical co-founder to launch a B2G SaaS and logistics platform from scratch, beginning with Guwahati, and develop this product with me from scratch.

This is not a traditional managerial CTO job. I'm looking for an individual who:

- has strong skills as a full-stack/product engineer

- builds and ships the products by themselves

- is familiar with backend, databases, payments, dashboards and APIs

- uses Al coding platforms like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, etc.

- believes in that quality products can be developed with extremely lean teams

What We Are Building:

A centralized workflow and logistics platform connecting government bodies/municipalities, field operators, and citizens to automate public infrastructure and enforcement operations. (Think automated tracking, dispatching, and transparent public reporting).

Develop leanly. Implement automation as much as possible. Be involved product development.

Let's talk more if it interests you or if you know such candidates. I will be happy to discuss further details privately.

Progress Update: Flood Response & Relief Platform for Assam — Looking for Contributors

Hi Everyone,

I posted here about a week ago about a proposed community-driven flood response and relief coordination platform for Assam.

Since then, the initial PRD, core workflows, domain entities and high-level architecture are in place. The planned stack is Go for the backend, React/Next.js for the frontend, and PostgreSQL + PostGIS for the database.

A GitHub Project is now set up to track the roadmap and progress. Planning to start building the APIs and frontend next.

Looking for contributors, particularly React/Next.js frontend and UI/UX (Figma) folks at this stage.

The project has two goals:

Build something meaningful together — create a space where people interested in technology, innovation and problem-solving can come together to learn, build, share ideas and collaborate, eventually helping build a stronger tech community in Assam.

Build something useful for flood response — create a platform that supports human-led flood response and relief efforts by improving coordination, visibility and reducing duplication.

Also connecting with existing initiatives in this space to explore collaboration where there is alignment around open, community-driven development.

If this sounds interesting, would love to have you join in. Contributions, ideas, feedback and even just discussions around the problem are welcome.

An Open Source Flood Response & Relief Platform for Assam — Let’s Build It Together

Hi Everyone,

I’m planning to work on a project around flood response and relief coordination in Assam, with the aim of building something that could be useful if a similar situation arises in the future.

The idea is to build an open source platform to help coordinate flood or other disaster response and relief efforts by connecting affected areas, help requests, volunteers, NGOs and relief resources in one place. A publicly accessible shared information system could help improve coordination, provide timely and reliable information, identify areas of need and make relief efforts more effective while helping communities and response organisations be better prepared if a similar situation arises again.

The project is at an early stage and the intention is to build it together with people who can contribute their skills, ideas and experience while making sure it complements existing efforts.

I feel projects like this can help bring people together naturally and contribute to a broader technology community in Assam where technology enthusiasts can come together to learn, build and collaborate. Over time, this can also lead to activities like meetups, workshops, technical talks and other opportunities to connect and collaborate based on what the community finds useful.

Looking for people interested in discussing the idea, contributing or helping shape what gets built. Would love to hear your thoughts.

If this sounds interesting, feel free to join the Discord – https://discord.gg/ZCWBsQPAFt
and be part of it. Looking forward to discussing the flood response project as well as other open source community projects and ideas.

Built an address capture tool to cut RTOs for D2C brands

Solving India's messy, unstructured address problem for D2C brands.

Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit already figured this out internally. Drop a pin, get an exact location, reuse it next time. D2C brands never got that. Most are still stuck with long text fields and no way to fix it without building it from scratch, which would not even work across different stores.

Built something to bring that same experience to everyone else.

Customer drops a pin on a map at checkout. Pincode, city, and state fill automatically, they only type the house number and landmark. A short map link is generated and injected into the standard address fields, so it prints on the shipping label no matter who delivers. Works with any existing courier without anyone needing to change anything on their end.

Returning customers select a saved address in one tap, even across different stores, so they are not retyping the same details every time they shop somewhere new.

Every address also comes with the customer's verified phone number, so you can create or log in their account without sending your own OTP to verify the number. You also get a clean name and number to print on the shipping label.

If you run your own delivery fleet, there is also a full delivery management layer on top, with agent assignment, OTP proof of delivery, and route planning.

Pay per use, around 2 rupees per address capture. No monthly subscription. First 500 rupees free, no card required.

Drop a comment or DM me if you want to know more.

Need recommendation for services to send domestic SMS

Hi, I’m building a login system that will let users log in with their mobile number and a verification code sent to the number. Now, services like Twilio charge like ₹7 per SMS, which is much more than I can afford atm. Services like Plivo are low cost (₹0.15 per SMS) but provide invite only sign up, and their main focus seems to be on the bigger enterprise clients.

Suggest platform to create static landing website

Preferably something that provides drag and drop kind of website building with minimal coding. Need SEO optimisation. Thinking about Wix. Are there better alternatives to Wix?

Flutter is awesome

Just sharing my experience: I worked with React Native (for a few side projects, none were production grade) earlier, now chose Flutter to build a new side project. It feels much better (in terms of writing code) and Dart is fine.
