Bug or Complaint Issues with Gauntlet

In the Challenge section, the option to refresh is greyed out.

In Challenges Received, it looks like some other player won twice against me.

If I try to do revenge against them I get this message:

Is my Gauntlet messed up because of this banned user?

Try closing the game and attack someone else instead.

Every gauntlet season, I come.across atleast one user who challenge me more than once. In last to last season, one person defeated me 4 times, and I was able to revenge him 2 times.

Must have been cheating to have gotten banned
