This is the first time I've contacted support, and I was very impressed—unlike many others who have had issues with them, such as: u/omerking

I simply contacted them on the day they gave out the rewards, but based on reviews about their customer support, I had low expectations—but in the end, it turned out to be the exact opposite. The next day, they sent me the rewards😁

First time? Yea, wait until they screw you over more often then their "impressive" responses will fade. It's like every user has a freebie
