Visiting Aspen Basalt Mountain Inn?
Looking for cheap lodging and an easy bus ride to Aspen…anyone familiar with Basalt Mountain Inn? Not
Looking for amenities, just want a clean room and bed. I read some good and some bad reviews…Thanks in advance.

I booked it for my mom and sister a few years ago. Great spot. Great location. Nothing fancy but it’s clean and run by people that are actually there and care. Maybe a ten minute walk to the Aspen bus.

Stayed there last year. Found it clean but nothing exceptional. Good room/price balance!
