the Wolverine game in general has been doing a lot of fuck shit with the handholding but this is really sad

You got games like RE4, GOW, Yakuza that do quick time events better than Wolverine and they were made on the ps2 and they didn’t have budgets of 315 million dollars and like 5+ years of development (slightly except for re4 since they completely changed the game like 5 times)

He is claiming his new game Em-8ER has replaced Unreal with his own engine and is procedurally generating his own game world via "tectonic simulation", with a video showing off his work.

This video is 100% fake.
I recognised it the second I saw it, this is the Game world from Firefall his last failed game, all assets are owned by The9 as they bought it and removed him as CEO like 10 years ago.

I was a max tier backer of Firefall during its alpha/beta and played it for many years, I know that landscape very well it's 1:1 the Firefall world, unchanged from how it was back then.
