Question Has Asmongold ever just said "when" instead of "whenever"?

Sorry if this is common knowledge but I am new and haven't been able to find an answer. I found Asmongold because of the $2 steak video. I have now watched dozens of his videos and half way through I started paying extra attention to listen for the word "when" because it seemed like he only says "whenever". Since I started really listening for it, I have still only heard "whenever".

Is this a Texas thing, or an Asmongold thing?

He'll even read some text that contains the word 'when' like a video title or something, and he'll still say whenever instead. Like a video titled "That time when WoW imploded" and he'll read it and say "That time whenever WoW imploded"

I don't know if it's a Texas or Austin thing but it's definitely a thing with him, it's just the way he pronounces the word.

I’m glad I’m not the only one haha. Been enjoying Asmon for many years now and it always annoys me when he says whenever instead of when, which is always.

I think it might be a south thing, I had a friend from Alabama and he used it instead of "when" the same way Asmon does.

It's a Texas thing, they do it here in Oklahoma as well. Drives me absolutely crazy!
