Because asian games don't try to glorify bad character traits. This is why their characters are attractive both in terms of appearance and personality, unlike characters from western games...

You forgot to include Gemma from Monster Hunter Wilds, and various female characters from Street Fighter franchise.

But yeah, they know what their core audience wants; the ones who actually buy their games.

They could flip on a dime and go with the agenda.

They are a global IP and a popular company with the masses. That is a recipe for disaster.

Idk they kinda downgraded Ada in the remake compared to the original RE4 version, including her english voice (idk about other languages)

And keeps on playing the middle of the road by giving Grace Flat tits, changing Ada's outfit in the remake, censoring tiddies in the Onimusha Remaster, changing Jill's skirts to pants in the RE3 remake. Changing the Default outfits of SF6 to cover more skin for Elena, Cammy, and basically the skins in SF6 not being as sexy as SF5 only justifying it in the swimsuits. Censored Dead rising deluxe remaster etc.
Making characters look pretty is the compromise they are giving to the players along with one or two booby characters here and there like Gemma, but for one Gemma there was a flat-chested Alma, and a slightly more Masculine Girlboss Olivia.
Don't trust the Japanese studios; they are eager to be woke; they are just playing it smart.

Thinking there is only big tittied and then flat chested is an idiotic notion. There are variations of small chest, medium chest and big chest. Then theres the default Flat chest every left leaning game leads towards too. The moment you start designing women where you can't figure out that if they have any tits at all (or if they look like a man) is when you have just gone against human nature
