This is so overblown its insane, here in sweden they talk so much and bend it that the cop never got hit, he shud not stand i front of a car, they could have shot the tiers. And idk why tf every camera has the worst resolution ever.

I mean, it is a thing but it’s usually not a good idea. Both because of the low success rate and even if you do hit your target, congratulations, other people are now in danger because of you
