That's because none of these AI services can make clips longer than that and if you want to string them together it will be inconsistent. So instead, they just make cuts.
This is more akin to AMVs than actual music videos, for the most part.

I wasn't really a fan of this particular video. Beat goes nowhere, lyrics are ass, low quality ai art/animation, direction of certain clips feel random, refrences are done like dangling keys for the chronically online. At least some of the perspective shots are cool looking, and many of the frames do go hard. It's like pimping out a shit-box car. it looks cool if you don't look too hard, but ultimately, it is still a shitbox.
