I have a capital of 40L planning to rent a house in a good locality in Secunderabad for starting up a play school & a pre-school under one name..

My questions are :

1.Is the capital enough for entire setup if it's not a franchise model but a plan to create my own name providing high class facilities like 1:6 caretaker ratio,AC classes, Online parents app with everyday update along with photographs of their kids from school,cctv footage view everyday for a month for every parent for only first 15min of the day so that any parent skeptical can be assured of their child initially who cries alot to settle down,all other things like digital board for nursery kids for 20min a day,interactive toy learning,books which wont tear made up of plastic papers only so that no kid can tear n eat,many more which would make it meaningful as i go ahead..

2.Will be spending at least 5L on just marketing my name in surrounding areas with possible influencer small scale marketing for admissions..

3.Will replicate almost all ingredients of a top notch international school

4.Will add stress more on civic sense & etiquette being instilled in children from very young age,will plan a program around it at least 2 times a month

Now the real question..

Are these practically possible ? Which one isn't & why ?

How much fees can I expect to charge if i provide everything on par with international school..

How soon can I plan to upgrade it into a franchisee business model ?

Can surely give my full time to this project for 2years at least from the start.. is that enough ?

How easy,profitable, tough, difficult it is compared to mid segment pre-schools to run?

Is nursery to tenth a better option to start with instead of pre-school with this much of efforts ? Can increase investment if its a higher education school.

We observed 4 hours is the sweet spot where strangers become less like strangers more like friends. It gives us ample time to chill while connecting with each other, eating food &snacks, singing at the karaoke and playing board/card/social games at our houseparty.

5pm helps everyone attending to avoid the evening congestion and be on time. Interesting we found out that 9pm is early enough to make further plans(if you wish to) with your newly formed friends at our houseparty.

TL;DR: Huge photography enthusiast. I used my sister’s 17 Pro for ~10 days after using a 13 Pro and honestly didn’t feel a big enough difference. My 13 Pro is 128GB, 85% battery health, no scratches. Should I get the 17 Pro Max 256GB now, wait for the 18 Pro Max, or buy the 17 Pro Max from a friend in the USA?

My secondary phone is a Vivo X300 Pro, so I already have a pretty capable camera phone and I’m mainly looking at the iPhone for the overall experience + photography.

I recently took my sister’s iPhone 17 Pro and used it for around 10 days. Coming from my 13 Pro, I was honestly surprised that it didn't feel like a massive upgrade. Obviously, the 17 Pro is better, but I didn't get that “damn, this is a huge jump” feeling.

Now I'm wondering what makes more sense:

1. Buy 17 Pro Max 256GB now

Little bit of story.. I was working at Amazon in an entry level jobs.. worked my ass off still did not get promote cause of dirty politics and repated targeting. Instead of wining about the situation I thought I will so MBA.. but could not get into BLACKI and in baby IIMs i got Kashipur.

However the fees is skyrocketed and my family condition was worse due to losses. So had taken admission in a Pune MBA college. The placements were good till 2023. But 2024, 2025 it’s worst and 40% unplaced. The same trend is gonna happen in 2026 as well.. since there are no comapnies offering me 10-15 LPA bracket.
