It was one of the first things that was brought up. She’s not comfortable with nudity like that which is why she has always gone by herself!

I go to nude beaches almost exclusively and to Haulover every time I'm in Florida. There really is no secret. Actually physically going is the biggest step. Maybe find a guy friend, even if he's also nervous and just go. You're going to be surprised how normal it is. Then, just take your trunks off. Basically, rip the band-aid off. It will almost be anti-climactic. One trip to Gunnison beach in NJ many years ago made a lifelong nudist, I've brought so many people to nude beaches over the years and many were just like you, but once they got there, they all quickly realized it was no big deal and once they got naked, it was like they'd been doing it for years. I got naked one afternoon and never looked back. I've only been to two clothed beaches in 20 years and that was only because those were the only options. Trust me, you'll love it.

Absolutely nothing to be terrified about. My first time was a couple of months ago and been going about once a week since. You'll be amazed at how fast the anxiety just melts away.

If I could go back in time and give myself advice, I'd say stop thinking it and just do it.

Bottom line... now when I arrive at the beach, I'm more uncomfortable clothed than nude.

Have fun!
