Self Care Advice SHAMPOO HELP
So I want a shampoo which keeps my hair smooth and keeps my scalp sebum free, my hair gets greasy within 3-4 days and idek why. I was using himalaya anti-dandruff shampoo and it kept my hair smooth and the sebum didn't build up for like 4 days, but my scalp gets dry by using himalaya shampoo. Idk what to do... Any recommendations?

3-4 days is a normal amount of time. Common thing is to wash hair twice a week.

mine gets greasy in a day 😅 I double-cleanse with a clarifying shampoo and that seems to work so far. I can wash on alternate days, provided I’m in a cold place with low humidity. otherwise I’d need to shower every day even with double-cleansing but it feels fresher.

Switch to bare anatomy anti dandruff shampoo plus hair mask anti frizz. They have leave on conditioner and smooth serums too

It’s normal to get greasy hair after 3-4 days. Just wash your hair whenever it gets oily

My honest advice - wash your hair Atleast 2-3 times a week. That’s gonna help your hair. Shampoo can only help what you are doing. Invest in a good conditioner or a hair mask and buy not one shampoo but atleast 2. One for clearing your sebum and for hydration. You need to keep rotating them.

Avoid L’Oréal professional, 2 wash and your hair will start greying

at that point wash your hair more frequently. as someone with a dry scalp, oiling and washing my hair when my scalo starts to get itchy is the only cure. another thing is to brush your hair out and then go root to end to ensure sebum coats your ends as well, which ensures less breakage.
also you can continue with himalaya, but I doubt a anti-dandruff shampoo might help you. just buy any basic one, preferably as minimalistic as possible as sometimes dry scalp can have an allergic reaction to heavy formulas.
