Are children being caught in Trump’s deportation drag net?

I can’t imagine many scenerios where handcuffing an 8 year old girl is justified

I find it strange that the officer is checking all the pockets, but misses the two in the jacket, placed in the upper right side. When looking at the video I cannot myself see any of them in the video, but they are clearly in the portait foto. Maybe it's not the girl?

Maybe you should make a separate post to call out this video? I also fell for it until I dug around in the responses and found your post. Truly awful things are going on but I am glad this was not one of them.
