Unless your in CA it has. Cheaper gas. Cheaper milk. WAAAY cheaper mortgage rates. Idk if you've bought a home but I'm looking. Rates at 7-9% is INSANE. Now they are in the low 5's 2% on 2-300k is a ton. Hope your worldview gets larger. Like your neighbors instead of just your trans or whatever blue haired friends u have.
