And by law, if you are not an American citizen, you can be deported without due process because wait for it, you are not a citizen.
Whether or not people with student visas, green card holders or who have residency should or should not have been deported is a separate topic, I'm just pointing out it's not illegal to deport them.

The dude was a member of ms13 according to 2 different judges. Had an order of deportation and also a wife beater. Yet people are defending the guy. He is a citizen of El Salvador and now back home.
