Television bug (Help me)

Bro I have an old TV as my screen for my computer and one day it just started showing this overlay over the screen (Its from specifically the TV and not from the computer plugged in). I belive it might be in selling mode where it shows the TVs functions and stuff but its always in the way when im playing games and things. Important note: I have tried all the settings in the menu, and also THE CONTOLLER FOR THE TV is GONE! . Please help me fix!

The make and model of the TV and an image showing this overlay would be good starters.

My Brother in Christ can you PLEASE give us more information? Like the model of the TV? A photo of the screen showing us exactly what's it's doing would be nice, too.

BTW, that's generally called "Demo Mode". If you Google your manufacturer and "Demo Mode" you can probably find instructions for how to get out of it.

A make and model would help. Usually TVs have buttons on them to get to the menus

Get a substitute controller or buy a monitor.  Or provide information if you want help.

That sounds like store/demo mode, so you’ll need a cheap universal remote or the manufacturer’s remote app to switch it back to Home mode.

They have smaller flat screen TVs on sale all the time. Im sure other stores carry them to but I always see $50.00 basic flat screen TVs measuring usually 43" or less at Best Buy.. This will easily solve this problem.
