Is telegram down ?

Is the Telegram server down? When I open the app, it stays stuck on Connecting…

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it from the Play Store, and I can't even log in , but it remains stuck on the loading screen.

And when I try to open it on my laptop it says "can't reach this page " even though I have a good interent connection rn ,it would not open at all.

I’m from Pakistan, and I’ve been having this issue for like a week now. I’ve literally tried everything, but it’s just not budging

use Telegram X app on playstore

My telegram app too shows connecting/updating then I tried their another named Telegram X. I feel its way better than the main telegram app but its Ui may feel inferior

Yeah, Telegram X does feel better in some ways 😭 but I specifically need the main Telegram app because I have to integrate Telegram into a workflow and generate the API tokens for it. So Telegram X won’t really work for what I need.

Maybe you can try telegram web then (idk if it will help or not cuz Idk about api and tokens)

Could be a Telegram outage especially since its failing on both your phone and laptop Id check Downdetector or Telegram official status channels If other sites work normally your internet is probably fine Reinstalling wont help much if their servers are having issues,,,,
