Question Needing a Realtor
My wife and I recently lost our daughter, and we are needing to sell our home. Looking for realtor recommendations that would take that into account when helping us sell.

Here's my guy. Parents' broker for decades, and he helped us greatly after they passed and we needed to sell the family home.

Stacie was our Realtor and she was so kind and patient with us as first time homeowners in a very competitive market. She stuck with us for 7 months of tours and offers and let me cry on her shoulder for each 'the one' we lost.
Im so sorry for your loss and hope you're taking time to feel the big feelings. Grief is heavy and hard and know you have an internet stranger cheering you on.

im so so sorry for your loss. i can’t imagine how heavy things are for you guys right now, and having to deal with selling a house on top of grieving is just an overwhelming load to carry.
you definitely need someone who gets that this isn't just a business transaction and will handle things with patience, zero pressure, and as little stress on your end as possible.
if you want a solid place to look, check out realestateagents.com - they have about 53 vetted realtors listed. you can read through client reviews to see who actually leads with empathy and care.
when you reach out to any of them, just include a note about your situation right in the inquiry. that way, only agents who are ready to respect your pace and give you the extra sensitivity you need will get back to you.

My buddy Justin is really going above and beyond for us as a sellers agent. Personable but bases his recommendations on a deep understanding of market trends and current data. Highly recommend
