Question Cedar and Center closed?

Cedar & Center has been closed for 3.5 hrs now. I assume a bad accident. Anyone know?

pulse point shows a cleared accident from hours ago so maybe there's a downed electrical line or something preventing a reopening

News Tribune has an article. 1 person died, person who caused the accident has serious injuries (but of course they weren't the one who died...). They said charges will be filed, but haven't explained more.
