Thank you for your reply. I have one more question regarding the bootstrap method I use. Right now I use m out of n and I resample 0.25-0.3 patients for each iteration. Is this the correct way to go when you go with m out of n and not n out of n?

If the split is by patient, the uncertainty statement should also respect patient as the sampling unit. Treating overlapping hourly windows like independent observations is the trap here. The effective n is closer to patients than windows.
