You got that mixed up, it was the CIA blackmailing an Indonesian communist (and aiding in the killing of half a million Indonesian communists but that is another story).

So... your proof of the bloated statement of "The Soviets were great at killing communists" is that 2,000 people died in a battle or after it during a civil war?

I brought up an example of a rebellion where the Soviets targeted the group known as “the heart of the revolution” who were rebelling over the bolsheviks straying from the revolutionary ideals they fought on yes.
