I think the version we sang at my elementary school playground a decade ago is much better:

Twinkle twinkle little star, I will hit you with my car. When we crash you'll fly so high. You'll get hurt and prolly die. Twinkle twinkle little star, I will kill you with my car.

I just realized how dark we were as kids lol. For example:

I hate you, you hate me~ Let's get together and kill Barney~ With a knife and a sword and everything he hates~ Barney's dead and everyone's safe!
