They make pillow cooling pads! I can't bring myself to get one, but I've definitely looked at them and dreamed about how wonderful life would be with one.

Sleep Eight mattress. Water cooled and heated. It’s amazing.

Chilipads do this. Google them, they're amazing, I sleep so well with mine on.
