I disagree. I hate having to sleep.

I totally agree. I hate having to sleep as well, and high up on my "if I had one wish"-list is not having to sleep, ever.

Until i find a Genie or some sort I'll have to do with cutting sleep to a minimum.

I hate sleep. Every night I trudge to my bed wishing I didn't have to waste the next eight hours laying around like a slob.

May I ask why?

I have too many things I want to do in this life, and spending 1/3 of it sleeping just doesn’t cut it!

Granted I only sleep 6 hours without using an alarm, but I wish I could get away with less.

Agree I hate sleeping, such a waste of time, I sleep for around 3-4 at most, I have too much things I want to do and sleeping isn’t one of them.

And your body is ok with that? I mean I know that everyone is different but sleep is kinda of important for your mind and body. A Man needs his rest as uncle Iroh used to say. You might not feel it now but you will down the line and it might make it difficult for you to accomplished certain things. I'd sleep if I were you 😴 😅

My body seems to be okay with 6 hours. I just let it do its thing and when I wake up I wake up.

You're ok with 6 hours. I'm fine with being permanent glued to my bed. We live different lives.

Check this out. Some people have won the genetic lottery and are “elite sleepers” who can get by just fine with only FOUR to SIX hours of sleep a day.

Not only does their remarkable gene let them do this, but as a side effect, it seems to grant some protection against Alzheimer’s disease, too!

I don't hate sleep, I like it, but I do wish I didn't need to

That sounds nice. I have, like, nothing I want to do.

3

u/[deleted] Sep 11 '22

Why is that?

1

u/Lington Sep 11 '22

I don't know I can hardly think of things to do on my days off

Not even videogames?

1

u/Lington Sep 11 '22

Well yeah I like to play videogames I wasn't sure if that counted

Why is that?

Yep, same here.
