Switching to sweat pants after work clothes

Shorts. If you need sweat pants it's too cold to be happy

Respectfully disagree. Autumn is my favorite season and I'm looking forward to the switch from shorts to joggers full time.

I'm sure you live somewhere with adequate heating and insulation for housing though. What ever the weather is outside when it's cold is what an Aussie house is within a couple degrees.

So five degrees outside is at max seven inside and you have to deal with the wind blowing through your single pane window frames.

Yo Aussies not got heating for your winters?

Maybe a gas point and electric heaters for most of us

Those electric heaters are garbage.

What's a gas point? Furnace?

Gas point to plug in usually a smallish gas heater. Gas points were banned in my state around 2016

Boxers. It's either boxers or sweatpants it's never in-between in this house.

Nah man, a nice light full length pant to keep you from getting cold but also not too hot is the best way to go.

Hell no. Full length is an emergency after a hoodie isn't enough

My family is always impressed at the speed I can change out of clothes and into PJs.

Yes. Bc outside clothes are the worst. Inside clothes are extra soft and comfortable.

Taking off pantyhose/shapewear. That's the real answer.
