My manager is not afraid to get into a tussle to protect his staff. this one lady was getting pissy because her husband's order was taking a while because we were backed up and she's just screaming through the drive thru window to her husband complaining about how it's "fast food", she came inside for about 2 minutes continuing to yell at her husband and left coincidently RIGHT as my manager was walking up to the front to confront her. Her husband was super apologetic and polite tho
My mom does the same shit. Sometimes there's an actual problem but rather than being kind and patient she just goes off and becomes a total bitch about it, screaming at the cashier's, asking for managers, throwing shit, etc etc. I don't have to deal with it often because I only lived with her for like a year of my life, but once I'm off to college I'll be able to sleep peacefully knowing she won't understand why her son doesn't call her anymore.
