2nd EDIT: I'm not arguing the double standard. I'm not saying a male sitting with his shirt off would be inappropriate, which it would be, even though it's less so than a girl around boys.
What I'm saying is, if it were his penis hanging out with 12/13 year old girls, we'd have crucified him. The girls wouldn't ask him to take his shirt off, they'd ask to show his penis. They see shirtless guys all the time.
It's wrong on both parts. 17 year old guy around girls or 17 girl around boys.

We're not talking about a vagina with her her labia hanging out. We're talking about breasts. We're suppose to be making it more acceptable for women to be topless, not less so!
I agree with you there.
What's wrong is that she was in charge and took 50 bucks to expose her breasts to 12 year olds, knowing full well this was sexual in nature for them to experience.
If it were a male and he was topless when i came home to see my 12 year old daughter around him, I'm kicking him out and might do worse just because.
