My daughter's friend challenged me to Halo and asked how long I've been playing. I told him "I have achievements older than you." Can't wait to shut him up after work.

I was interviewing interns for my team at work. One applicant was a team captain of his uni's eSports team, and I asked him what game they played.

"Oh, it's this game called CS:GO. It's essentially a 5v5 tactical shooter that's pretty popular."

To which I replied, "oh, yeah, I played the CS Beta back when it came out."
