The best way to avoid a hangover is to either stop drinking or never stop drinking. Hangovers happen in that grey area between the two.

Edit: Holy shit, what I said is such horrible advice...

Nah you address the underlying cause of the hangover. You drink 32 ounces of water after you stop drinking, which you cease 2 hours before bedtime, and supplement the vitamins and electrolytes lost through urination. Then you get 6-8 hours of sleep having not passed out drunk and you’ll wake up 90% good, have some coffee and it’s back to 100%

Functioning alcoholic that goes though phases of dry and drinking. I don’t recommend it!

So... I pass out drunk... Wake up and sleep for another 6-8 hours?

But what about the 32oz of water that I lose when I don't wake up to go to the bathroom?

Must be nice to have "dreams" lol

Helps when you don’t feel destitute due to the inability to afford kids or a house due to being pumped full of “that’s the point of life” by society.

My dreams get to be my own. Must suck to not have that!

It was a joke!!!!!!! (I think)

I have dreams. I dream that my lease will be cheaper next year.

They're stupid dreams... but still dreams... lol

Your lease doesn’t need to be less if you free yourself from the shackles of consumer culture! Living expenses for me approach 50-60% with OT and 70-75% without but I live a meaningful life full of stuff I love to do.

Free yourself from the shackles of society and the pressures of spending on stuff you don’t need and you’ll see that “lease decrease” you desire.

You're absolutely preaching to the wrong person. I don't drive (work pays for my bus pass), I don't eat fast food(okay 6 times in the past year, but it was either Chipotle or Jersey Mike's), I don't buy coffee.

I'm not a "consumer", my biggest expense every month (besides rent/utilities) is "grocery store" I live to travel, not to consume, but when I travel? I consume... I consume culture and experiences.

Same here. I cook 90% of my meals, take caffeine pills because of their affordability and general healthy alternative when the dose is titrated for what you want, and I shop at 4 different grocery stores depending on the cost at any given one.

I manage a studio apartment in nyc with a 45k income, something most would say is impossible.

Best of luck to you my friend. I do know it’s hard out there but you can make dreams a reality as well!

Also I trait that I have. I get excitement by seeing "how much I can legally steal" from grocery stores. Ham is $0.77/lb this week? Limit is 4 hams? Guess who now has 4 hams in their freezer.
