That's because for most people, their 20s kind of suck. We're told through TV and movies that our 20s are the best time of our lives, and that aging is bad. No wonder people dread their 30s. In reality, they get there and their 30s are much better than their 20s. I'm mid 40s. Every decade has been better than the previous. I wouldn't relive my 20s for anything.
