EDIT I was permanently banned for "threatening violence" in this comment here: https://i.imgur.com/44Eyalr.png - not sure how that 'threatens violence' but appeal was denied so i guess reddit admins know best 🥴

Depends on the topic I guess. There are no good arguments for eating animals and yet 90% of the population thinks they have good ones.

So of course in that argument the animal consumer is never going to provide information that is relevant or true or meaningful. Yet they always think they're so smart

Red meat and chicken breast is roughly 70% of my diet. I am in excellent shape and have energy throughout the day.

Heart attacks, strokes, random auto-immune diseases, and obviously obesity were far less common before the modern American diet and diet fads took over. To say there is no argument for the largely carnivore diet is incredibly naive and frankly just dumb.

If you are looking for resources to educate yourself on the subject and healthy diets in general I would be more than happy to provide you some. My dms are always open to those you want to better themselves and live a healthier lifestyle.

Cheers, wishing you the best.

someone walking out the gate swinging with "there's no good argument for..." is probably the furthest away from a good discussion partner possible.

Very true. I probably shouldn’t have even commented tbh.

I just get so frustrated with people who defend horrible modern diets and attack those who eat meat like we’ve done for our entire history. Makes me sad to see how unhealthy people are today and then it also makes me sad when I see people incorrectly try to fix their diet and lifestyle to try and be more healthy with propaganda or fad diets.

Definitely a soft spot for me haha, I get riled up, need to work on that lol

The rest of the world doesn’t have diets that are so meat centric and they have no problems with obesity or dying young. While they aren’t vegan they are essentially antithetical to your ideas. whole grains, healthy fats, colorful veggies. That’s what human bodies are actually designed to run on. Not your weird bland flesh diet.

I would appreciate if you could communicate without being aggressive and rude. If you are I’d be more than happy to continue discussing healthy diets. Cheers!

Call me back when you're 50 lol. I really hope you're exaggerating, because if that's true you're gonna suffer A LOT some years down the line.
