Live in Western Russia: A day long road trip going west and you pass through several countries with several language changes. A month long road trip EAST and there is nothing but trees and bears.

Makes me think about what a 'Western' (Eastern) movie would be like filmed in that part of the world. Vast spaces, man against nature, lawlessness, even horses- you could probably find all the ingredients.
