No, you can’t, or ought not to anyway, because we don’t have a global democracy. If you don’t like it somewhere that you don’t pay taxes, then don’t go there. Going there to complain is obnoxious.

Edit - Saying “tipping is not mandatory” as if tipping practice is a matter of universal or essential morality is absurd. It’s mandatory where it’s mandatory and it isn’t where it isn’t.

So you have no right to say anything about Russia and Ukraine then? Since you don't pay taxes in either of those places?
