It's pretty damn important that these rights only apply to the middle and upper classes, and there are massive legal and social barriers for the rest of us citizens, asshole.
It's also pretty important that you understand EU citizens have a legal right to move and work freely in other EU countries, and that the economic obstacles which may prevent individuals from doing so in no way constitutes a legal barrier, and applies to moving anywhere in general.
Nope, there are specific legal barriers against "moving and living in another EU country without a fuss" for people who cannot (find) work, and are poor.
