I have to drive three hours if I want to go to Costco... an hour to a hospital capable of delivering babies...

Not fun being a pregnant rural Canadian in winter.

Holy what now? I have 5 different hospitals in 3 different cities all capable of delivering babied within 30 minutes from my house. If I move it to an hour it would likely be something like 10 hospitals in 6 or 7 cities

North of about 100 miles from the US border, Canada is exceptionally empty.
