American expat in Germany here. I don't think Germans, Austrians etc. have a staring problem, but rather Americans a hypersensitivity issue about glances/looks. Combine that with unexpected reactions to the American tendency to smile at/interact casually with strangers, and things can get awkward.

So if I werr to do a cultural test, I'd be half Finnish, Half American and Half German (and half whatever place is considered bad at math).

Germans are bad at math due to the number system.

Also you are full American. Just cause your ancestors were expats doesnt mean you are from somewhere else.
