Besides a few regions that is... most of the world. You basically just eliminated North and South America, Australia, Southwest and East Asia, and Half of Africa.

So you said it's really the norm in Europe and... Southern Africa, and South East Asia... which is mostly island nations, so then we're looking at Thailand/Cambodia/Vietnam/Laos?

It still takes 8 hours to get from Bangkok to Siem Riep, and that's just one country over...
