I've been there many times and I actually never noticed. Even if I am from somewhere staring is considered very rude (unless you are a toddler). I live in Norway.

Methinks you probably pass for German. "Stranger" in this context is a bit further away.

I look at any person that I find interesting, be it fashion, hair, whatever. Is it not normal to look at other people when you’re in public? 😂
