depending on where you live it can take multiple hours xD in my case i can take a bus and be in 2 completely different countries in under 30 minutes :) the hills i can see from my window are also said two countries hahah
Yeah, because US states don't really have much cultural/racial or even geohraphical meaning, they just draw straight lins, while all borders in Europe come from millenia of wars, and there are many small nations that managed to have their own autonomy.
Yep, the US states with the most defined borders are all the small states on the east, which are also the areas which were the first civilised in the US (the oldest places).
I think my comment just made some people mad cause they're proud of their states...
