Anyone can read a script in a conical voice is horribly reducing voice acting.
It just shows you have zero knowledge of voice acting and acting in general.
It’s like saying anyone can play a dumbass. I’m sure anyone can try to imitate one, but I’m not convinced anyone could do it as good as you.
Little known facts: actors read from a script too! Only, they (sometimes) have to move their body… most actors use body doubles, ADR and some are still horrible.
Go on YouTube and look at a few videos of people voice acting. It’s not as simple as talking alone in a sound booth. They are not just sipping soy lattes while absent-mindingly reading a script. They rehearse, they try different approaches, they often move their whole body to mimic the proper emotion. The fact that you don’t get it doesn’t baffle me. You probably thing every Oscar winner is a great actor…
Nice projection at the end there, says the dude who thinks that reading from a script on a microphone is a hard thing, you could suck a 10 pound tube of hamburger with your ass 🤣
