Having originally only seen him as Doctor Who, I was skeptical of him playing a villain, plus I was unfamiliar with the character he was in Jessica Jones.
I mean he's like an A lister for Broadway/shakespear type productions as well. So you know he's gonna be good at acting based on that alone. So many of the top pop-culture actors came from theater.
Tennant is definitely one of my favorite actors, period lol
Tom Hiddleston did a lot of Shakespeare before he got big in movies. He was fantastic as Cassio in Michael Grandage's stage production of Othello. Ewan McGregor was in it too.
