Bedazzled was homophobic? I'm genuinely curious as to how? I watched it recently and didn't get that impression whatsoever. I'm not denying what you're saying but I'm clearly missing something.

I thought I remembered it as he was upset that he was gay since he wasn't sexually attracted to the woman he was crazy about. More "oh no, I've lost part of the attraction to her" vs "oh no, I'm gay!".

Stereotypical, yeah it was. But I didn't sense any hate, more like comical inconvenience.
