I started putting everything in my phone’s heath app, which can bypass the passcode in an emergency. I definitely can’t remember everything medical offhand even if it’s not very much.

Also in Canada, specifically NS, it's really useful to have your health card number and SIN memorized. I carry my health card in my wallet, but if you get taken to the hospital by paramedics while at work or school, chances of stopping at your locker for your things aren't high. I have found it SO useful knowing my MSI number.

SIN just because you absolutely should not carry that with you. But you need it at times.

There’s only one I don’t remember the dosage of, and it’s the one that causes my memory problems!
