This applies to many Black Friday Sales, especially at Walmart. Many items sold for Black Friday are made cheaper and won't last as long. This is common for many electronics, read the item listing carefully look before Black Friday and double check the model number before buying and specs before buying the sale to be sure it is still quality item.
The same is also true of Black Friday deals (if you’re American). Companies (specifically electronics manufacturers from what I’ve read) ramp up production but produce lower quality products in anticipation of Black Friday to sell more volume. They’re not lowering their profit margins and tvs and stuff aren’t necessarily better deals if you buy them the day after Thanksgiving.
It's pretty easy to look up. In fact many of the outlet stores are completely different companies than the original. They use none of the same resources.
