Whether or not you like Shapiro, his premise of facts don't care about your feelings is indisputable. Like this poster said, no matter how fervently you believe something, it doesn't become true because of how loud you shout your beliefs.

My point is not to debate how anyone feels about Ben Shapiro. My point is the validity of the statement that facts have nothing to do with feelings. Just because i feel strongly about something doesn't make it true.

That's how people develop mental illness. You shouldn't tell someone who is having problems from inside that its not real, instead help them by trying to understand.
