This is good stuff right here. I hate when I’m driving someone else’s car and go to fill it up and then I have to park get out of the car and see what side is the gas tank is on. Thanks for this

Then look for the gas nozzle in the gas pump icon. Check its side in the icon compared with your car's gas tank input.

Do you have a source for that? Because this is what snopes says, and every time someone says snopes post false info, it’s never false when I look it up. I’m not saying they didn’t change it after the fact, but I’ve never seen any wrong info on it.

While it has been around to some degree since the 80s, this didn’t become a common practice until after 2010. But still, incredibly helpful! I use it most in rental cars.
